Angelo Corsaro, Ph.D. is OpenSplice DDS CTO at PrismTech. Angelo leads the strategic standardization at the Object Management Group (OMG), where he co-chairs the Data Distribution Service (DDS) Special Interest Group. Angelo is a widely known and cited expert in the field of real-time and distributed systems, middleware, and software patterns, has authored several international standards and enjoys over 10+ years of experience in technology management and design of high performance mission- and business-critical distributed systems. Angelo received a Ph.D. and a M.S. in Computer Science from the Washington University in St. Louis, and a Laurea Magna cum Laude in Computer Engineering from the University of Catania, Italy.
Dr. Vince Kovarik - Spectra CTO, PrismTech
Dr. Vince Kovarik is Spectra CTO at PrismTech. Vince is a highly respected figure within the global Software Defined Radio (SDR) community and has been involved in ground-breaking SDR and Software Communications Architecture (SCA) technology development for well over a decade. Vince is co-author of the book Software Defined Radio: The Software Communications Architecture which provides applications programmers, designers, professional researchers, wireless manufacturers and operators with an indispensable guide to the SCA. Vince is also a contributing author on Cognitive Research: Representation and Learning in the book Cognitive Radio Technology. Vince has also presented numerous papers at technology leadership conferences on SDR related subjects. Vince currently chairs the Technical Committee on Advanced Wireless Networking and Infrastructure at the Wireless Innovation Forum (SDR Forum).
Hans van't Hag - OpenSplice DDS Product Manager, PrismTech
Hans van’t Hag is OpenSplice DDS Product Manager at PrismTech. Hans has extensive experience of applying an information-centric approach towards mission-critical and real-time systems into emerging Open Architecture standards such as the OMG Data Distribution Service (DDS) for real-time systems. Prior to joining PrismTech, Hans was Product Manager, SPLICE-DDS at Thales Naval Netherland and as middleware architect was responsible for the development of the data-centric real-time distributed middleware (SPLICE) as applied in Thales Naval Netherland's Combat Management Systems.
Andrew Foster - Spectra CDB/DTP Product Manager, PrismTech
Andrew Foster is Product Manager for PrismTech's Spectra CDB/DTP technologies. Andrew has more than 17 years of experience developing Distributed Real-time and Embedded (DRE) software applications and products. He frequently presents at conferences on subjects relating to distributed middleware, embedded technologies and software defined radio. Andrew holds a M.S. in Computer-Based Plant and Process Control and a B. Eng in Digital Systems Engineering from the University of Sunderland.
Steve Osselton - OpenFusion Chief Architect, PrismTech
Steve Osselton is Chief Architect for PrismTech's OpenFusion CORBA middleware technologies. Steve has extensive in depth knowledge and experience of distributed software architectures and middleware technologies. Steve has been involved with the Object Management Group (OMG) standards organization for 17 years and has made a significant contributions to a number of its initiatives such as the CORBA Open Source Testing (COST) Group (a test suite which users and providers of CORBA technology can use to test products against the CORBA specifications). Steve holds an MSc in Computer Software and Systems Design from the University of Newcastle.

Toby McClean is Product Manager for PrismTech's tooling technologies. Toby has more than 10 years of experience developing software development tools for Distributed Real-time and Embedded (DRE) software systems. He frequently presents at conferences on subjects relating to increasing developer productivity and system quality in DRE systems. Toby holds a M.C.S. in Software Engineering and a B.C.S. in Business and Management Systems from the Carleton University.
