Abstract
Architects and Programmers approaching DDS for the first time find great help in catalogs describing Design Patterns and Idioms usually employed by experienced DDS users. Design Patterns along with helping new DDS users to get up to speed are a great way for experienced DDS users to adopt a design vocabulary that can be shared within and across teams.
This webcast will introduce the most important design patterns and idioms adopted by experienced DDS architects and programmers. These patterns and idioms will cover various aspects and properties of a system, from information modeling, to fault-tolerance, to writing effective DDS applications.
