PrismTech Senior VP Steve Jennis to Present Insights on Data-Sharing Platforms During IoT World 2015
Jennis will be featured in a panel session comprising key executives from Microsoft, Cisco Systems and Solair
Boston, MA, USA – May 11, 2015 – PrismTech™, a global leader in software platforms for distributed systems, announced that company Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Steve Jennis, will present his insights on data-sharing platforms for Internet of Things (IoT) systems at IoT World 2015. Jennis leads PrismTech’s IoT and Industrial IoT (IIoT) efforts and was recently named one of the Top 10 most influential IoT executives by an independent research group.
IoT World 2015 runs May 12-13 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco and is the world’s largest and most comprehensive IoT event. This second annual conference will feature Jennis in the panel discussion “Increasing Productivity and Output for Manufacturers through IoT Applications.” The discussion begins at 12:05 p.m. on May 12 as part of the Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics track. Jennis’s fellow panelists are executives from Microsoft, Cisco Systems and Solair.

Jennis has more than 20 years of experience in strategic management, marketing and sales leadership positions. He established PrismTech's North American operations before joining the company from Texas Instrument's Computer Products Division. Jennis holds a B.Sc. in physics from Loughborough University.
The panel discussion topics include monetization through industrial internet value proposition, big data, processing and analytics for the industrial internet, the upgrading of legacy equipment, and standards for smarter connected systems and processes.
Over 5,000 delegates are scheduled to attend IoT World 2015, which will include 150 exhibitors and feature 250 industry leaders.
