The DDS core of OpenSplice is supplemented by a number of commercial add-on licensed products. These add-on products include:
- Tools to aid development and testing
- Integration capabilities to enable interoperation with other messaging technologies and databases
- Performance enhancing features such as our unique Federated (Shared Memory) deployment architecture, Real-Time Networking and Remote Method Invocation (RMI)
- RTOS platforms
For both direct and indirect (or test-only) developers, we offer a choice of either an annual subscription or a perpetual/permanent license. An annual subscription includes a term based license and (Standard or Silver) support package in a single per developer fee. Our perpetual licenses are complemented by our (Standard or Silver) annual Support & Maintenance programs. Frozen version and obsolete version support is also available. Contact Us for more details.
For deployment/run-time licensing, PrismTech features no-cost licensing of the OpenSplice DDS Core (when licensed under the Open Source LGPLv3 terms).
