If you are an existing PrismTech Spectra Customer you can access all the latest software downloads relevant to your contract from the PrismTech Customer Portal.
Spectra CX software downloads are provided for evaluation for 10 days. Spectra CF and Spectra CDB (Spectra ORB) software downloads are provided for evaluation for 30 days. During evaluation customers are also entitled to free support. If you have already downloaded software for evaluation and want to request an extension to the evaluation period please Contact Us or your account manager.
You will be asked to register / log in to download the evaluation software.
Note that a license file is required to enable the software and that this is sent separately. We may contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail.
In the case of the Spectra CX Modeling Tool, we provide a Download and Installation Guide. Follow the instructions contained in this guide to set up the correct environment for CX and to download and install the tool itself.
